VRT Korea는 동의한 방문자에 한해 Google Analytics 4를 사용하여 vrtkorea.com의 이용 현황을 파악합니다. 처음 방문하면 허용 또는 거절을 선택할 수 있으며, 거절해도 제품 보기, 스토어 이동, 문의 기능은 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 측정 항목: 페이지 방문, 표시된 제품, 네이버 스토어 이동, 문의 버튼, Instagram 및 파트너 링크 클릭, 언어 변경. Google Analytics는 쿠키 식별자, 방문 시간, 브라우저·기기 정보, 대략적인 지역 및 유입 출처 등을 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 전송하지 않는 정보: 고객 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 주문 정보 또는 문의 내용. 사용자 정의 클릭 이벤트에는 제품 코드와 버튼 위치 같은 정해진 값만 사용하며, 페이지 주소의 검색어·해시와 유입 주소의 상세 경로는 제외합니다.
- 서비스 제공자: Google Analytics. 데이터는 Google의 서버로 전송·처리되며 한국 외 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. Google의 데이터 사용 안내 및 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 쿠키 및 선택 저장: 분석 쿠키는 최대 30일로 설정합니다. 허용·거절 선택은 이 브라우저에 최대 180일 동안 저장됩니다. 브라우저 설정에 따라 더 일찍 삭제될 수 있습니다. 광고 개인화와 Google 신호 데이터 수집은 사용하지 않습니다.
- 변경 및 철회: 홈페이지 하단의 ‘분석 쿠키 설정’에서 언제든 거절할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 분석 쿠키를 삭제하고 페이지를 새로고침하여 이후 분석을 중단합니다. 이미 전송된 데이터가 소급 삭제되지는 않습니다.
- 구매 데이터: 네이버 이동 클릭은 구매 완료를 의미하지 않습니다. 네이버 스토어의 결제·주문은 네이버에서 별도로 처리됩니다.

VRT Korea uses Google Analytics 4 on vrtkorea.com only after you allow analytics. Declining does not affect browsing products, opening the store, or contacting us.
- What is measured: page visits, products shown, Naver store clicks, contact clicks, Instagram and partner link clicks, and language changes. Google Analytics may process cookie identifiers, visit times, browser and device information, approximate location, and referral source.
- What we do not send: customer names, telephone numbers, email addresses, orders, or message content. Custom clicks contain fixed labels such as product codes and button locations. We exclude page query strings and fragments, and detailed referring-page paths.
- Provider: Google Analytics. Information is sent to and processed on Google's servers, which may be outside Korea. See how Google uses data from partner sites and Google's Privacy Policy.
- Storage: analytics cookies are configured to expire within 30 days. Your allow/decline choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Browser settings may remove these sooner. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
- Change your choice: use ‘Analytics settings’ in the homepage footer. Declining deletes analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop future tracking. It does not retroactively delete information already sent.
- Purchases: clicking Naver does not mean a purchase was completed. Naver handles its checkout and order data separately.
